Process Engineer (f/m/x)

Your Responsibilities: 

• Carrying out engineering and process-related tasks in accordance with the company's established procedures, quality, and safety standards (ensure adherence to packaging process requirements, maintaining consistent production quality and operational safety)
• Drive process optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives across the operation
• Define, plan, and implement process development and optimization projects
• Provide support and cooperate closely with department managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between engineering initiatives and production goals
• Independently manage own improvement and innovation projects from concept to completion, ensuring measurable business impact and cost efficiency
• Prepare detailed reports, process documentation, and summaries for internal stakeholders and management

Your Profile:

• Experience in a similar position (experience in the packaging industry is a plus)
• Technical education (completed within the last 2 years) 
• Excellent command of MS Office
• Proficiency in English and in Polish enabling fluent communication (mandatory requirement)
• Highly developed analytical and mathematical skills
• Independence, responsibility, and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work in a shift system 
• Category B driving license
