Product Innovation Manager

We are looking for Product Innovation Manager in one of our corrugated plant locations in Germany or Poland.

The Product Innovation Manager Corrugated Solutions will drive the development and implementation of new products, ensuring successful market introduction, customer adoption, and alignment with sustainability goals, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Your mission:

• Identify, develop, and implement innovative product solutions.
• Lead cross-functional project teams from concept to market launch.
• Active participation and support to sales team in the commercialization of innovation.
• Drive sustainability implementation in the design and product development processes.
• Provide technical and product training to internal teams and customers.
• Monitor and report on innovation performance and KPIs.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Packaging Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product innovation in the corrugated packaging industry or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products.
• Strong understanding of corrugated packaging materials, processes, and market trends.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and eco-friendly packaging solutions is a plus.
• Willingness to travel in the central Europe region and Europe on a regular basis.
• Very good English is a must, German or Polish is a plus.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
• Project Management.
• Strategic Thinking.
