International Graduate Programme 2024 - Chemist, Physicist, Mathematician (f/m/x)

Join a group of highly motivated graduates from different locations over a period of 18 months! 

Your mission:

• You will collaborate with R&D and Digital Excellence in Group Technical & Sustainability and in plants and will run organic-chemical trace analysis including sample preparation, measuring and analysis reporting (mostly measurements on HPLC, GC with different high quality detectors) and will develop mathematical models for packaging solutions and packed goods interactions. 
• Rotate globally once or twice during the programme. Your location of work will be defined in close alignment between you and your manager. 
• Develop yourself, get to know the business and network with Mondi colleagues worldwide through onsite/online trainings, rotations, networking, and collaboration events.  
• You will dive deep into our world of sustainable packaging and paper solutions and learn how our business contributes to a better world. 

Your profile:

• You recently graduated in Chemistry, Physics and/or Mathematics (freshly graduated MSc or PhD from university – maximum 2 years ago).
• You like challenging mathematics, computing as well as physical/surface chemistry work in lab. 
• It would be great if you already have first relevant experience (e.g. internship), preferably in a laboratory. If you do not, no worries.  
• We communicate mostly in English. Any additional language is a great plus. 
• You enjoy working with a multicultural team and have a goal-oriented mindset.
